Cookie policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
This policy lists the cookies and browser storage that Smaz Games (smazgames.com) and its games use. Smaz Games is owned and run by Saratoga Games. The Privacy policy explains how we use the information.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar store in your browser that stays until it is cleared. "Essential" items are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in, and are always on. "Consent" items are used only where your choices allow it. Our own statistics use a visitor ID that is always on; it never leaves Smaz Games and is not used for advertising.

| Game storage on smazplay.com | Each game runs on its own address on smazplay.com and can keep your saves and settings in its own browser storage | Until you clear your browser data | Essential |
Clearing your browser data removes these items, including progress saved in your browser. Progress saved to your account is not affected.

Google may also set cookies on its own domains, such as google.com and doubleclick.net, to show, measure and personalise ads. Google lists them in How Google uses cookies and Cookies used in Google's advertising products. Names and durations are set by Google and can change.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept them in Google's consent message. Elsewhere they are on by default, and you can turn them off as described below. For signed-in teen accounts, ads are not personalised and Google signals are turned off.
